Article 1 – Products
We sell organic cosmetic products, oils and essential oils Produced by Alteya Organics Ltd, Bulgaria.
Article 2 – Payments
The (total) price of the products is stated in our webshop. You pay via Our online payment service; Sisow B.V., with its registered office in Helmond, the Netherlands. The shipping costs will be for you account.
Article 3 – Deliveries
We deliver your product at the address you provided with the order. You can not change the address if we have already sent the package. DHL Takes care of the distribution. We will do our best to make the order as soon as possible. Deliver within the period indicated on the website (within 1 to 2 working days during in the Netherlands and Belgium). If the order is delayed we will inform you in writing. We guarantee that the order
will be received no later than 30 days after confirmation of the order. If not you can ask for full refund. please ask us for (a) the amount you have payed for the product, or (b) a replacement product (of equal
Article 4 – Return
You may always return the product within 14 days after you have received it (The product must still be sealed). You can do this via the return form or by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
After you have received a confirmation from us, you must submit the product within 14 days.

If we have received the product, we will refunding full within 14 days. Costs for the return shipment are at your expense. During the term you have to consider whether you want to keep the product. You need to
carefully handle the product and the packaging. You may only use the product unpack and use as far as necessary to determine if you want to keep the product.
Article 5 – Liability
We are not liable for the damage caused by use of one product. This does not apply if such damage is caused by our intentional gross negligence or conscious recklessness. In dutch an event, your right for compensation will be the amount of the ordered and paid product.
Article 6 – Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights (such as: copyright, trademarks, word marks) on our texts, pictures, images and other materials, are under our full ownership (or we are in charge with the consent of the proprietor). Your use may not be infringed.
Article 7 – Complaints
If you have a complaint about the performance of the agreement, we would like to hear that. Send your complaint as soon as possible (and as fully as possible) to email@example.com. We will handle your complaint as soon as possible, at the latest within fourteen days after we received your complaint. If it takes longer to settle the complaint, you will receive a confirmation within one day of your complaint and we’ll let you s know when we expect a substantive answer. If we can not resolve the complaint, a dispute arises dispute settlement.
Article 8 – Dispute settlement
On these terms and conditions and the agreements we conclude with you, the Dutch law applies.
